We need a strategic mind with a passion for building successful human-powered marketing programs.  

 Our Brand Communities Strategist will support the growth of our client’s grassroots and influence programs at Archrival. Working with our Culture, Creative and Community teams, you’ll develop frameworks for the build of new programs, while also ensuring our current programs are on strategy and target.  You’ll also help shape long-term vision and strategy, building best-in-class programs and go-to-market plans that change the game for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role is a deep strategic thinker, a hyper-curious individual, that also understands how to leverage grassroots and community marketing to build brands, capture attention and generate advocacy.  

 

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE 

  • Program Strategy: Strategy lead for new projects, building frameworks field and influencer programs 
  • On-going Sustain Strategy: Inform field tactics and leverage insights to improve on-going program efforts  
  • Creative Brief Development: Brief creative teams to reinforce strategies, guiding execution back to KPIs 
  • Measurement Plans: Co-author measurement approaches that clarify effectiveness of our execution 
  • Presentation Lead: Inspire audiences, from field agent to client, through presentation crafting and delivery  
  • Client Partner: Act as a partner for our clients and internal team to sharpen ideas and uncover the why 
  • New Biz Dev: Assist with new business dev, using insight to provide informed recommendations  

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED  

  • Insatiable curiosity, with a focus on better understanding what makes consumers tick and how to integrate brands credibly into their everyday. 
  • A strategic mindset, always asking “why” and digging into problems two layers deeper than your peers. 
  • A compelling storyteller, comfortable owning a room, presenting comprehensive ideas to peers and clients. 
  • A love for creating the new, making recommendations and crafting plans that have never been thought of before. 
  • An everlasting itch, with a need to iterate, adjust and change plans and approaches as they develop and progress. 
  • Relevant experience working on field programs, community programs, or similar initiatives for national consumer brands (5+ years is a good marker) 
  • A proven track record of creating impactful marketing strategies,
