We are hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn industry best practices and passionate about building a career in digital marketing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for learning and applying industry best practices and company data to deliver outstanding marketing services to our clients and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit new channel partners, networks and agencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing marketing partners
Monitor and optimize promotional campaigns across multiple channels
Coordinate the launch of online marketing campaigns with marketing department
Prepare monthly advertising and promotional schedules
Report on daily/weekly marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Analytics, BI tools, and more
Negotiate, purchase, and optimize profitable media buys by obtaining the most competitive prices in the marketplace

Qualifications:
Hybrid work/in-office
4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, economics, finance, or analytics; or relevant experience through school and/or internships
Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads and/or Amazon’s advertising platform through coursework, internships, or other experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace with advanced knowledge of Excel and Sheets
Strong analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship skills
