About the job
Within Allianz Partners, the simplesurance team is working on preparing Allianz for the future by driving the development of new digital customer journeys and state-of-the-art digital integration capabilities across the company’s products and services. You will join a brand new team, combining the strengths of Allianz Partners with the dynamics of an InsurTech in order to build the Global Connectivity Player of Allianz Group.
Reporting to the Chief Business Owner, as a Digital Product Owner you will actively drive and contribute to AzP’s digital strategy by identifying required capabilities across the business, consolidating requirements into a harmonized strategy and leading the development of front-end applications and / or APIs in Agile, cross-functional teams. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to create amazing digital products and services (API, mobile & web).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map the required digital capabilities, gather and harmonize local business needs
- Develop a digital strategy & roadmap, aiming at re-usability and interoperability of assets developed
- Drive alignment with key stakeholders
- Design solutions in target systems, jointly with Architects, and develop training material to facilitate understanding of the solutions developed
- Lead the development in Agile, cross-functional teams, write epics, user stories (supported by Business Analysts) and prioritization of backlog
- Support technical discussions with Business Partners
Bring to the Team
- 3+ years of professional experience with project leadership in either corporate or consulting fields or in a startup
- Flexibility to quickly become acquainted with new project tasks, content and assignments
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to design new and original solutions to complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading cross-functional and international teams
- Highly motivated, dynamic and self-steering
- Trained in Agile / Scrum framework
- Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Fluency in business English
