Co-Development Producer

Cloud Chamber is looking for a personable and detail oriented Co-Development Producer to coordinate the relationship between Cloud Chamber and our valued development partner. You will be responsible for ensuring there are clear lines of communication and visibility between stakeholders, while effectively managing deliverables and reporting. Keen problem solving, communication, and diplomacy skills are a must for keeping the project on track.

Job Details:

• In support of the Senior Producer, oversee and be the main point of contact for our external partner, their priorities, assignments and schedules, and ensure alignment with internal goals and objectives.
• Coordinate the flow of information between external partners and internal team stakeholders regarding deadlines, assignments, and priorities.
• Ensure effective communication of priorities, blockers, dependencies, and issues to Production and relevant team stakeholders across the project.
• Create agendas and take detailed notes of production meetings with external partners.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that project goals and deadlines are met.
• Ensure that contractual obligations are met and advise on milestone approvals. 
• Manage the onboarding of new External partners, coordinating between IT, HR and internal team leads, and in collaboration with the Studio External Producer.
• Research, document, and propose best practices in order to continually improve partnerships between Internal Production and External partners.
• Support special initiatives to better improve internal and/or external collaboration, especially related to workflows and pipelines.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in the video game industry, either AAA or mobile games.
• Familiarity with video game development pipelines.
• Possess very strong organizational and communication skills with a critical eye for detail.
• Ability to establish priorities and multi-task effectively. 
• Self-motivated towards solving creative problems.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities across multiple time zones.
• Ability to take direction well.
• Familiar with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, and Miro.
• An open-minded professional attitude.
• A positive force multiplier with a great team-player attitude.
