Recruitment and HR Specialist

In this position you will be a part of Insightec’s HR global team.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Lead the recruitment cycles, E2E in Israel and assist our global sites
  • Use multiple candidate sourcing strategies to address key organizational talent needs
  • Support the employee branding strategy by advertising and promoting roles in social media
  • maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns
  • Work closely with hiring managers and serve as a consultant and partner staying current on business and market trends
  • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously

HR:

  • Act as an HR Partner supporting team leaders and employees in HR-related topics
  • Support HR programs and initiatives and Implement and support HR corporate policies

 

Skills and Experience:

  • BA in Social Science/Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • 4+ years’ experience in E2E recruitment processes from Hi-tech companies
  • Experience in sourcing and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Job Boards)
  • Solid ability to conduct behavioral interviews
  • Experience as an HR specialist
  • Strong English - writing and verbal – must
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse – Advantage
