Product leadership

In this role you'll be responsible for building an inspiring vision, a transparent roadmap and focused goals, partnering with a technical lead and a designer to ensure your team has everything it needs to deliver on its goals. You’ll take time to understand the importance of our business goals and will steer your team appropriately to help us achieve them.

Responsible ownership

Taking ownership for your work is key for this role and you'll be responsible for ensuring a high quality bar for everything your team produces across the full product lifecycle. You’ll develop deep insight into users’ real problems and be able to make sound decisions about what to build and why, ensuring you’re able to articulate the key risks of your product and the trade-offs that have been made.

Product innovation

Product Innovation is a really exciting area for the role. You and your team will take a user-research led approach with user research at the heart of every great product, meanwhile using data to inform your decision-making along the way. It’ll be key to ensure your team does too. This role will collaborate with the team and our users, bringing in new ideas from other great products and helping us to innovate in every part of the user journey.

Excellent communication

As a Product Manager you will lead a high performing cross-functional team, that celebrates successes and failures together, flexing your communication style to meets the needs of your team and stakeholders. By prioritising our work you’ll help us optimise, compromise, and get the team on board with what we’re working on.

💰 £50,000 - £75,000 salary + the value of £31,500 share options
