At Noonlight, an Alarm.com company, our mission is to protect and comfort people so they can live freely. What began as an app focused on helping people walk safely from point A to point B, is now a suite of emergency response APIs backing some of the smartest home, health, and lifestyle products in the IoT market.

Noonlight is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our B2B/API products for IoT customers, a high-impact product area within our organization. A successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the end-to-end marketing strategy for our B2B products, executing marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between product value propositions and market demands. This role requires the ability to establish strong relationships, in particular a close partnership with product, sales, and Noonlight’s leadership team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of safety and technology, has an experiment-first mindset, and is excited about shaping a marketing strategy for API products.

What You’ll do

  • Live by and champion our values: Obsess Over Customers (Not Competitors), Keep it Simple, Break Dumb Rules, Take Care of Each Other, and Enjoy the Ride
  • Become a product and market expert to drive thoughtful go-to-market strategies for Noonlight’s B2B products
  • Educate the company, prospects, and customers on the value propositions of our products, highlighting use cases and differentiation from competitors
  • Leverage an “experiment-first” approach to create and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive awareness, utilizing a mix of marketing channels to reach target audiences effectively
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends, customer needs, and areas for product differentiation
  • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize product positioning
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, case studies, and sales tools
  • Define, monitor, and analyze metrics for launched products and marketing initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met, using data insights to influence future strategy
  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing Experience, with previous experience developing positioning and an end-to-end marketing strategy for a product(s)
  • Passion for software as a service and new technologies (prior experience working on SaaS products/APIs a plus)
  • Experience with experiment design and execution to test, validate, and develop a marketing strategy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, with a bias towards action
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience supporting complex, technical products
