We are Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services agency making a meaningful difference in the lives of adults and children with autism and other disabilities.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Shared Living Provider to open their home and provide direct support to an individual with physical, medical and developmental disabilities. We currently have needs in the following area: Athol, Royalton, Phillipson, Orange, and Petersham.  Great care and consideration is given to creating a therapeutic match between the individual and the Shared Living Provider, with family style, philosophy, and composition as just some of the factors that influence Aspire Living & Learning’s matching process. Our ideal home:

  • A caring person, family or couple who has the desire to create opportunities for an individual to learn new skills and enjoy new experiences.
  • A person with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule.
  • A person, family, or couple with patience, acceptance, and understanding who can provide structure, clear expectations, help with ADL’s and medication management.
  • A person, family, or couple who is active in their community!
  • Successful completion of a CORI check and reference check for all people in the home.
  • Medical background strongly preferred but not required, ability to treat individuals with diverse medical needs.
  • Experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
