Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Clinical Services who provides clinical supervision, consultation, and support to Clinicians and clinical team members who are responsible for the delivery of clinical services to individuals served. The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring clinical programming for procedural fidelity, is knowledgeable in evidence based clinical interventions, and is adept at positively interfacing with external agencies, families, and funders. Training development and provision across multiple service lines is a key component of the role. The Assistant Clinical Director stays current with trends in the field and champions the development and implementation of treatment modalities that enhance Aspire’s services.
Our ideal candidate:
- Training in /Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, mental health / behavioral
health, trauma informed care, and organizational management.
- Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Clinical Counseling, or related field. BCBA strongly preferred with supervision credentials
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience serving individuals with developmental
disabilities is required.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
- Must utilize a person centered, family driven
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have satisfactory background
- Licensed with supervisory credentials
