Job Description
Summary
The role of Manager, Sales Operations is key to developing and optimizing scalable processes that support the sales and marketing teams. The role is responsible for supporting the execution and enablement of our go-to-market systems and other sales applications for the next stage of the company’s growth. It entails developing, implementing, and elevating marketer tools and data around market campaigns, sales processes, value proposition and ideal customer profile development including cross functional collaboration with the enrollment, clinical, and billing teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales reporting and task tracking
- CRM (Salesforce) maintenance and optimization
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
- Maximizing efficiency in Aria’s sales process.
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
- Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reporting and forecasting
- Meeting preparation for large sales opportunities with executive involvement
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Education & Training Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Systems, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
- 5+ years of CRM experience
- 2+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Operations Leadership
Other Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment, preferably as a Sales Operations Manager.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Capable of managing a wide range of tasks pertaining to the organization’s sales operations
- Proven, successful experience in implementing change in processes that lead to improvement of the sales performance of a business.
- Experience working with CRM systems leading to increased customer acquisition and retention – leading to enhancement of sales volumes for a business.
- Proven financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline sales operations
- Experience creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Ability to monitor and report on key performance indicators related to work order processing
- Ability to demonstrate sound business judgement.
- Proven, successful experience positively influencing others.
- Ability to define, refine, and affect functional sales strategies, processes, and policies.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare reports and presentations in a simple, concise, clear, and convincing manner.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Analytical skills to include the analysis of complex data and information, and the ability to translate the findings into actionable messages, deliverables, and presentations.
- Interpersonal skillset that will enable the individual to effectively perform the aforementioned duties. The candidate must be consumer-oriented, patient, humble, self-motivated, positive, and results-driven.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
