The purpose of this position is to facilitate timely collection of invoices.  This is achieved by building relationships with the business office managers in the assigned markets and working with responsible parties to obtain payment. 

This is a full-time position in our office during standard business hours from Monday - Friday with full benefits, PTO and paid holidays while going hybrid after six months. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Communicates with and builds a positive relationship with assigned facilities in order to facilitate timely payment of invoices.
  2. Contacts responsible parties to obtain payment for outstanding invoices.
  3. Contacts case workers as necessary to expedite Medicaid adjustments.
  4. Works in phone queue to answer questions about Senior Dental Care billing.
  5. Cleary documents all interactions in Salesforce.
  6. Recommends write-offs for uncollectable accounts.
  7. Partners with internal stakeholders to meet company objectives.
  8. Provides periodic updates to supervisor on assigned accounts.
  9. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Training Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable/collections/customer service/or account management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems.

  • Able to work in a team environment.
