We are seeking for a Customer Support Representative who will join our exceptional team which consists of experts in every functional area of business

This opening is for evening shift 5pm – 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days)

 What you'll be doing: 

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction via email and phone calls
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Communicate with other departments concerning client issues/complaints

What you'll need to be successful: 

Must haves:

  • Fluent or native German Speaker
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Proficiency in web-surfing and multitasking

 Nice-to-haves: 

  • Office experience
  • Hard working with the ability to work autonomously
  • Able to focus on a specific task for an extended period
  • Any other language will be considered a plus
