What you'll be doing:

Manage day to day posting and scheduling on a variety of platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, and YouTube
Create engaging, clever and on-brand copy for captions, promo materials, and campaigns
Write and develop engaging and on-brand social video content for Tiktok, X, YouTube and IG reels
Coordinate daily with design teams, post-production and talent teams in order to ensure incoming and outgoing delivery of marketing materials and assets
Be aware and keep up to date on trending topics in order to propose timely and engaging posts
Research and identify new opportunities to leverage the brand’s mainstream appeal through new partnerships, original creative content, influencers, and marketing campaigns
Engage with fans across social platforms

What you'll need to be successful:

Must haves:

Background in social media management and content creation
2-3 year of related professional experience
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to convey the brand voice on public platforms
Creative-minded
Ability to take the initiative to work independently and anticipate team needs while also creating content in a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

Knowledge of the brand, comfort and familiarity with adult content and performers
Proficiency in video editing
Background in content creation, script-writing
