The Senior SB Product Manager – Growth is a critical role to drive the success of the Betsson SB. The role will work strategically & operationally with the SB product and help ensure the future competitiveness of the product. The role will help shape all aspects of our SB product (User-Facing Improvements / Localizations, Features, Bonus Capabilities, Back-Office Functionality) to make it competitive towards our target audience.
A taster of what you will be doing
- Drive Product Discoveries focused on establishing new product capabilities – E.g. new types of features, products, channels. From strategy, concept development, requirements definition, user testing / commercial validation
- As a member of the SB Product Growth Team act as a catalyst to the rest of the SB Product organization – Support on key initiatives and provide product guidance on such
- Liaise with the rest of the SB Product organization and monitor key projects through delivery and that the projects deliver on the established success criteria
- Continuously benchmark the SB product to identify opportunities for improvement
- Work in close collaboration with Commercial Representatives and B2B Partners to frame customer problems and areas of improvement in the product
- Working with the Product Director to contribute to the overall direction and long-term roadmap of the SB product
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from working on a Sportsbook Product
- Understanding of trends and industry dynamics in Sportsbook
- Engineering / Computer Science degree (M.Sc.) or similar from renowned University
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations;
