The Wow

You will be involved with analysing and gathering insights on the next generation of mobile websites, apps and other mobile interfaces across multiple platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows, and mobile web. These insights should help our Mobile Apps organisation to refine the product based on how users interact with it. As our next Mobile App Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing app performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement or features to enhance Mobile Apps functionality and user experience.

A Taster of what you will be involved with: 

  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to drive decision-making and optimize app features for enhanced user engagement and satisfaction;
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for native mobile applications, including but not limited to app responsiveness, conversion metrics, load times, user funnels (login, onboarding, deposit, withdrawal) and other user engagement metrics;
  • Understand and interpret trends related to the app in terms of acquisition and conversion, customer onboarding and engagement, develop clear metrics for different parts of the app/mobile web/desktop journeys and pinpoint relevant improvements based on the available data;
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Continuously inquire and investigate industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to stay informed and drive innovation.

 

What we are looking for:

  • University Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or similar field; 
  • Experience is a must as a Mobile Apps Analyst (key focus on native iOS and Android applications);
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio or similar;
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL);
  • Solid understanding of data quality principles and best practices;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
