Job Summary
Brave Health is seeking a full-time Partner Success Specialist within the Partnership team to process new patient referrals from partners and share timely updates using multiple platforms and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Process 50-125 new patient referrals each day, creating or updating new patient accounts.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets and various web-based portals.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure accurate data and patient success
- Ensure the integrity and security of patient information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Learn and utilize new technology to optimize processes and systems as we scale to meet growing demand
- Contribute to the team training guides and process documentation for internal audiences
Qualifications:
- Experience working in Salesforce or other complex CRM
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in a high-growth environment
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Healthcare experience not required but a plus
