ABOUT THE JOB
You will be part of a technical team of Capco consultants working with clients in the Capital/Financial Markets space. You will develop an understanding of our client’s strategic direction and provide consulting and advisory support. You will also be responsible for the technical analysis, design, and delivery of the project, as well as ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with fellow BAs as part of a combined cross-functional Agile team to support the on-going build as required and ensure documents such as functional specs support the development of practical technology solutions and suitable test cases.
- Assist the business with UAT, including communication, planning, and test case preparation.
- Work closely with project and programme managers to ensure stakeholders such as Front Office, Middle Office, Product Control, and Risk Managers are fully engaged, and expectations are managed.
- Work with developers and testers to ensure bug fixes or new enhancements are delivered.
- Pro-actively engage, manage, and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for exceptional talent with the following:
- Experience with business analysis, solution design, and end-to-end delivery in the Capital/Financial Markets industry.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives across asset classes encompassing product knowledge, pricing, risk analytics, and trade life cycle. (Regulatory like MIFID II, EMIR, CFTC exposure is a plus.)
- Worked across various trade processing platforms i.e., Murex or Bloomberg.
- Some technical background in analysing or reviewing code changes would be preferable.
- An outstanding ability to analyse problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches.
- Experience and capabilities to communicate with client leaders to influence direction and manage expectations.
