Responsibilities:

- Relationship Cultivation: Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and candidates within the IT and business consulting sphere, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment journey.
- Market Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and business consulting talent landscapes, optimizing recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Candidate Experience Management: Oversee the candidate journey for IT and business consulting roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Lead in the financial services industry or related fields, with a strong understanding of IT and business consulting roles
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders in the IT and business consulting domains
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues, specifically within the IT and business consulting space
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to comprehend diverse IT and business consulting project requirements and devise tailored and innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Collaborative Mindset: Team-oriented approach with a willingness to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, including IT and business consulting experts
