Business Analyst in Payments

Business Analyst support our Client transition to the new messaging standard. This is a significant, complex and exciting programme, giving rise to an outstanding opportunity to work at the forefront of the changing payments landscape.

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Reshape payments core
  • Adapt current messaging standardspayment schemes and e2e flows for domestic (ACH, CHIPS/FED), Cross Border payments scheme
  • Conduct analysis to identify emerging risks and issues
  • Draft Process Flows, user journeys and Activity Diagrams
  • Prepare and present reports for senior stakeholders
  • Provide support for User Acceptance Testing, including triaging of issues raised
  • Create high quality documentation
  • Support Testing – Assist in design of the functional use cases

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ideally, working knowledge of ISO 20022
  • Previously working in payments area
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in an easily digestible format to range of audiences
  • Taking a value-driven approach and make appropriate prioritizations and practical decisions to get things done
  • Strong senior stakeholders communication skills
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
