Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our team and deliver incredible Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions to our financial services clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the successful design, development, and implementation of GRC technology solutions to address governance, risk, and compliance challenges.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
Develop strategies and roadmaps for implementing GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the design and implementation process.
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in existing GRC processes.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, configurations, and procedures.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in GRC technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance organizational capabilities.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience (5-10+ years) in designing and implementing RSA Archer solutions for GRC.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks and regulations.
Strong background in technology risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks in line with GRC frameworks
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Archer and/or ServiceNow IRM with associated certifications
Experience with other GRC platforms or tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Technical Abilities:

Proficiency in GRC platforms, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Familiarity with database management systems for data analysis and reporting.
Understanding of web technologies and APIs for system integrations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and their impact on GRC solutions.
