THINGS YOU WILL DO
We are looking for experienced IT services Business Analysts with general knowledge of the gathering tech requirements for our banking client.
This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.
Roles will have a global focus and can entail collaborating with Business, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, analyzing and developing business and technical requirements, effective ways of working and identifying and reporting risks, issues and dependencies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Previous experience on complex projects across countries or regions as Business System Analyst
- General knowledge of IT i.e Backend, Frontend technology
- Gathering business requirements and analyzing data to translate them into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with client business / technology stakeholders and design team to docusment system processes
- Experience in delivering significant change and cooperating with stakeholders in different locations
- Experience in Agile ways of working/tooling
- Self-driven approach with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to effectively run meetings in English over video or teleconference
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira
