  • Overseeing, reviewing, and creating architecture-focused deliverables for projects (e.g., information architecture, taxonomy, content structures).
  • Owning UX processes, reviewing, documenting, sharing, building knowledge, and iterating processes within the team.
  • Collaborating cross functionally to ensure all design experiments and new feature launches are measurable, trackable, and scalable.
  • Delivering work on-time and aligned to the roadmap, while constantly raising the quality bar.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 7+ years experience in UX with digital design or information architecture experience
  • Deep experience building global web experiences for mobile, desktop, and tablet
  • Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, and wireframing
  • An ability to define and drive the process as the sole UX architect on a team – big picture, user flow, and information architecture experience is a must
  • Stellar portfolio demonstrating both technical skills & creative thinking
  • Up-to-date with current standards for accessibility and best practices for SEO
