We are looking for an Inside Sales and Customer Success Representative focused on Constructor’s Schools product portfolio for DACH.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support in marketing and sales activities
  • Make sure customers onboard successfully and check usage regularly
  • Answering customer questions and educating customers on Constructor for Schools services by telephone and mail
  • Getting in touch with customers for administrative enquiries
  • Qualifying inbound leads and generating new sales opportunities through direct sales and referrals.
  • Reporting on dedicated KPIs to management on activit

Qualifications & Experience:

  • You possess C1 German and English communication skills, written and verbal (French in addition would be highly valued)
  • You have experience working with End-to-End Users, developing business relations with existing and new customers
  • You have 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Customer Success in the SaaS industry
  • Learning and education industry experience would be a bonus
  • You show assertiveness, perseverance, and rhetorical skills
  • You possess high digital competencies (excel, adobe, power point…)
  • You are proactive, flexible and fast learning while cultivating a growth mindset
  • You are self-motivated, act independently and are comfortable with ambiguity
