JOB DESCRIPTION: Casting Producer (Creators + Influencers)

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include ASOS, Just Eat Takeaway, Twitch, TikTok, and The White Company. 

 

JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a casting producer to join our expanding production & casting team. This person will work closely with our Lead Casting Producer, casting talent & creators for influencer marketing campaigns. . Alongside a current casting producer, you will be the main point of contact within the agency for casting and will be responsible for developing long - term relationships with agents, managers, influencers, actors and more! The Casting Producer will immerse themselves in each project / production in order to cast the best talent most effectively. 

We work on incredible, award winning campaigns and the casting producer will work closely with the wider productions team, creatives, account managers and many more stakeholders to ensure we are continuing to deliver creative excellence for our clients. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and cast excellent and diverse talent, with a focus on creators + influencers (and from time to time actors, models + celebrity talent).
  • Build and manage solid & effective relationships with agents, managers and platforms
  • Support with negotiation and management of the talent contracting process including invoicing and payment
  • Develop and update our network of talent
  • Negotiate all usage fees to get the best value for money possible
  • Work closely with creatives to ensure that their creative vision is achieved
  • Contribute to the creative process with creative production solutions
  • Work closely with the Account Planners and Production Managers to achieve clear communication
  • Attend shoots & be the main point of contact & liaison for talent

 

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in working with creators + influencers
  • Experience in working on and executing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Have a contact list of talent including creators, influencers, models + actors
  • Experience researching & casting campaigns for social media
  • Experience working on consumer brands
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Solution orientated
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Previous experience using an influencer management system
  • Relationships with creator/influencer teams at social media companies/agencies would be a bonus.
