Doctolib is looking for you as a Working Student (x/f/m) in the Workplace Experience department for our office in Munich. 

Your role will encompass a wide range of initiatives, from creating and maintaining a social office space and environment for our team in our Munich office, to supporting the team in organising events and people-related projects and in close collaboration with the Workplace Experience team in Berlin. 

What you`ll do

As working student, you will support us in the following areas:

  • Workplace point of contact: for all office users/employees in Munich (around 47 desks) 
  • Front Office Management: welcoming visitors and reception of  suppliers / deliveries
  • Office coordination & administration: taking care of the logistics of the office to ensure an organised, clean and safe working environment
  • Managing incoming & outgoing parcels and mail
  • Managing food/Catering deliveries: keeping the office supplied with food & drink 
  • Office supplies management: ensuring that employees have everything they need while in the office (chairs, desk, office supplies, etc)
  • Collaboration with the People and Events teams: to plan, organise and support company activities and events

Working with us, you will:

  • learn and immerse yourself in all aspects of office management 
  • strengthen your project management skills and take them to the next level 
  • gain expertise in supplier and stakeholder management

  • have previous experience working in customer facing positions
  • are a fast learner with a high organisation skills
  • have a people-first mindset combined with a clear and friendly communication style
  • have the ability to work independently
  • speak German at native or C2 level. 

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

  • speak English fluently (B2 level) 
  • have the ability to juggle several projects
  • have previous experience in office management or/and  team assistant
  • be able to work approximately 15/20 hours per week (ideally 3-4 hours per day Monday-Friday)
