What you’ll do
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our new TPM team. You will drive complex technical programs across Doctolib’s organization to achieve business outcomes to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
As a Senior TPM focused on Data Labeling, you will scale Doctolib’s data labeling capabilities to ensure we deliver value-adding AI-based products to our users. You will support, manage and deliver data labeling campaigns and analyses and participate in scaling up our data labeling program and strategy in order to provide the high quality data needed to develop best in class AI products.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Define & deliver Doctolib’s global data labeling strategy & campaigns while fostering efficiency
- Source internal and external annotators to carry over campaigns
- Write guidelines and processes to ensure data labeling quality and reproducibility
- Deliver complex data collection and annotation tasks and track work across multiple teams (data, tech, product, and labeling workforces)
- Iterate on processes to increase quality and reduce cost of campaigns over time
- Support continuous improvement by improving our ways of working, tools, and processes to improve data labeling quality & delivery
- Drive automation and standardization of processes, while monitoring delivery and quality
- Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on project goals and status
Who You Are

- You have 5+ years of experience in data labeling or working closely with people who had this experience
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues
- Ability to think critically and objectively; with a solutions oriented approach
- Driven and outcome focused, capable of facilitating organizational change and adapting in a changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including proficiency in written and verbal communication, to lead meetings with data engineering, product managers, and executives
- A user-first attitude, actively listening to and understanding the needs and perspectives of stakeholders
- Knowledge of data science methodologies
- Expertise with Excel and basic knowledge in Python and SQL
- Business fluency in English; fluency in French, German or Italian is a plus
