Fospha, how we help our customers

There is an ever-growing problem in the world of digital marketing which is the difficulty with which brands can measure the effectiveness of their marketing. This is a mission-critical problem for brands looking to scale and grow.

The combination of an explosion in the number of direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands and the number of marketing channels through which they advertise (Paid Social, Display, PPC, Offline, TV etc) has led to large number of companies needing help solving this fundamental challenge.

Fospha solves that challenge for their clients by providing a ‘software as a service’ (Saas) solution through their proprietary attribution modelling and client-facing dashboards & analytics. Fospha plugs into all of their advertising channels, their website and their eCommerce platform to provide them a market-leading attribution model that uses machine learning to combine the best of multi-touch-attribution (MTA( & marketing-mix-modelling (MMM) across all of their channels.

The result is an independent, single source of truth that allows clients to truly understand the relative effectiveness of their marketing efforts. The outcome being that Fopsha’s clients can make better decisions and acquire and retain customers at a fraction of the cost of their competitors.

Fospha is part of the Blenheim Chalcot Group, a venture incubator with combined sales in excess of £350m per year and £500m of assets under management. Fospha have been operating fully remotely since March 2020 and are excited to be in aggressive growth mode having recently secured a round of investment.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
