Be a crucial member of the ops team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US (Optional WFH)

Fresh Prints is a New York-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. 

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven, organized, and experienced professional who wants to tackle major challenges. We work with over 25+ printers across the United States. You'll help them service our orders and manage the quality of their work. You need to be able to engage them and build a strong rapport. You'll dig into their business requirements and ours to make sure we hit them. When they have an issue with an order, you're the first point of contact and you'll work with other FP teams to get to a solution.

Responsibilities

  • Digitize embroidery files for our vendors, providing .DST files timely on all embroidery orders for Fresh Prints
  • Answering embroidery-related and logistical questions from all the teams, giving real-time feedback to other teams, and contributing to improving employee performance
  • Research new and unfamiliar print techniques and work in onboarding printers with those capabilities
  • Optimizing documentation around custom embroidery by authoring articles and Excel sheets to organize data for all the teams
  • Thorough research and understanding of each print technique in order to cross-sell and up-sell different offerings to clients based on their requirements
  • The unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value 

Technical skills

  • 1+ years of experience in the computerized embroidery industry
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with an Embroidery Digitizing Software (Wilcom, Ethos, SewArt, Embrilliance, etc.)
  • Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Management experience a plus

Job Location

  • We will have an office in Hyderabad eventually but working from the office in Hyderabad is completely optional
  • If you are applying from Pakistan and the Philippines, you would work remotely

Working Hours

  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (US Timings)
