Our vision
What sets Gaia apart is our commitment to our mission: ensuring that everyone that wants to have a child should have a chance to try. The company’s founder, Nader AlSalim, realised how challenging the IVF process could be after he and his wife went through IVF treatment to build their family. Today, Gaia helps people with more than financing and protection: Members get 6 sessions of complementary counselling, the opportunity to talk to an independent embryologist, access to support groups, and invites to in-person and online Member events.
The role
We are hiring our very first Provider Network Sales lead. The hire will be responsible for selecting, contracting, onboarding, and growing a curated provider network to consistently ensure our members receive the highest quality of care at the best value.
What you will own
You will play an integral role in building our provider network by looking after the following areas:
- Clinic sales & contracting
- Clinic integration
- Clinic success
What you’re responsible for
- Build Gaia’s brand & presence amongst fertility specialists (incl. attending events)
- Segment & prioritise the clinic market in alignment with Gaia’s strategic goals
- Manage clinic prospecting, outreach and nurturing
- Work with the Product team to design bespoke offerings where needed
- Negotiate commercial terms and work with our Legal team to sign contracts
- Coordinate all onboarding & implementation of work streams
- Train clinic staff in partnership with the Marketing team
- Report on clinic performance KPIs
- Manage and grow clinic account
