Givens has two non-profit Life Plan Communities; Givens Estates in Asheville, NC and Givens Highland Farms in Black Mountain, NC with 500+ independent living residents that want to age with choices and remain in their home, where they’re most comfortable. As a Home First team member you'll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home. We are looking for compassionate individuals that was to help grow our program.

Sign-on bonus (paid out in increments over the first six months)
Shift differentials for evenings and weekends, and double time on recognized holidays (now including Christmas Eve!)

It's kind of a long story, but at our core, we're a senior housing organization with a lot of heart and committed to providing housing to seniors of all socioeconomic backgrounds across WNC. We already have four communities (two life plan communities and two affordable communities) with plans for many more in the coming years.
