The Citizenry’s Manager of Home Delivery and Fulfillment will oversee our dynamic warehouse operations and e-commerce logistics for both in-stock and made-to-order products, and collaborate with international and domestic artisan partners. This role requires deep expertise in strategic planning, 3PL performance management, ERP system management, reverse logistics, and the development & management of wholesale, re-commerce, and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

3PL Oversight, Leadership & Performance Management 

  • Own the Fulfillment P&L for The Citizenry; meeting and beating cost targets while aligning strategic business objectives and operational efficiencies with the greater company budget. 
  • Own warehouse KPIs as well as warehouse related reporting, including performance monitoring for Citizenry management and providing inbound, order, and outbound projections to warehouse management.
  • Oversee fulfillment logistics for our in stock and made-to-order products, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce operations. 
  • Monitor on-premises 3PL warehouse activities, driving improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
  • Ensure shipments for all channels, DTC, Retail, and Wholesale are fulfilled on time and meet compliance requirements. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Citizenry team and 3PL teams.
  • Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews with 3PL warehouse and internal partners to continuously improve financial and operational performance.  

Full Cycle Logistics Management 

  • Oversee reverse logistics to ensure a customer-centric, efficient returns process that aligns with cost and sustainability goals. 
  • In partnership with Product Integrity, Product Design and Client Experience teams work to identify appropriate shipping and packaging solutions, consistently reviewing results for improvements.

Scaling & Implementing Systems 

  • Employ NetSuite, Manhattan, Shopify and other platforms to analyze and streamline processes, support data-driven decision-making, and build effective strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor technology platform integrations within Fulfillment systems, resolving errors, and articulating product requirements for new product lines and sales channels.  

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management and e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on fulfillment and home delivery 
  • Demonstrated experience with on-premises 3PL warehouse management, reverse logistics, and developing wholesale and re-commerce initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS like Manhattan), ERP (Netsuite), Shopify Plus, with an ability to leverage these platforms and technology to drive operational excellence.
  • Analytically minded, with intermediate Excel experience
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive meaningful change. 
  • Global, multi-brand and wholesale experience in a rapidly scaling organization is a tremendous asset. 
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure with a get-it-done attitude. You roll up your sleeves to help with whatever is needed, particularly during peak holiday and promotional time periods.

Additional Details: 

  • This is a hybrid position, based 1-2x a week in our Dallas office and/or fulfillment center.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $70-75,000/year, dependent upon experience.
