Our Senior HR Manager will play a key role in driving and implementing People strategy, engaging and developing our talent and cultivating our culture in Israel. The Senior HR Manager will execute and lead HR processes, programs and initiatives and oversee all aspects of people and HR including employee relations, engagement, coaching, performance management, compensation, benefits and more.
What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Senior Director HR to develop comprehensive approaches to employee engagement, development and retention by refining or creating: compensation and benefits, career paths and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities as appropriate to the needs.
- Oversee compensation practices and philosophy to ensure salary benchmarking and surveys are handled on a regular basis.
- Own all IL benefits, audits and reporting
- Understand employment law and partner with our employment attorneys.
- Manage HRIS (BambooHR) and HR technology systems and data integrity.
- Mediate employee relations and performance issues and provide counsel to managers on appropriate methods of performance management.
- Oversee bi- annual employee performance reviews.
- Manage employees' workplace needs with discretion and fairness. Be a trusted resource to all team members and managers.
- Ensure onboarding processes and offerings are seamless for new employees and their managers.
- Initiate and execute programs that help our culture continue to thrive and take a key role in driving employees' sense of pride, purpose and passion.
- Promote Innovid’s values and work with the managers to ensure our people are happy and effective and enjoy a great employee experience.
What You Will Need:
- Prior experience in startups or high growth companies
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience
- Passion for both business and people
- A commitment to maintaining high integrity in all aspects
- ‘Can-do' approach and a proactive attitude towards challenges
- Pleasant, kind, dedicated and hardworking personality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives
