As a Design Desk Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the Project Design Desk Manager. Your mission will be to ensure efficient project design coordination, deliver high-quality design solutions, and drive continuous improvement. By leveraging your expertise and passion for innovation, you will contribute to successful project outcomes and exceed client expectations.

Job Qualifications
- Experience:
- Recommended: 2 years of experience in technical design or related field.
- Experience with project coordination and management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with intelligent diagram software like Lucidchart or Visio.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant engineering disciplines
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in using intelligent diagram software for creating detailed engineering designs and drawings.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and address design challenges.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements
- A home office set up that meets the following:
- A working computer with minimum of 8gb RAM, i5 Windows10 or macOS Big Sur.
- Stable internet connection with at least 5mbps download and upload.
- A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings.
- A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app.
- HD webcam
- 2nd Monitor
- UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) if using a desktop (Not needed if using a laptop)
Note: If you don't have a UPS or a secondary monitor, the company is willing to cover the initial expenses for acquiring these items. The total cost will be deducted from your salary over a three-month period.

- Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
- Able to work full time 40 hrs. a week: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday to Friday)
- Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
- Preferred to have at least 2 of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, 3cx Basic Certified Engineer.
- Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
Compensation
Pay rate ranges from $15.00/hr to 20.00/hr and vary by experience and location.
