Job Description:

As the company’s ambassador and primary point of contact for potential candidates, the Sourcing Associate’s job is to help the Recruitment Team place qualified candidates faster by generating leads of potential talents and get them to start with the application process. To be successful in this role, this person should combine knowledge of sourcing techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Hiring Team by generating leads according to hiring needs.
  • Continuously search for online and offline resources for potential talents including but not limited to free job boards, paid job portals, university tie ups, & virtual job fairs.
  • Work closely with the Hiring Team to identify hiring priorities and provide the needed leads.
  • Act as an ambassador and a primary point of contact for all potential candidates.
  • Reach out to potential candidates and get them to start the application process.
  • Manage the ITS Careers Facebook and LinkedIn to constantly connect and interact with potential candidates.
  • Manage other recruiting platforms including but not limited to Betterteam, PNet, Indeed, Ziprecruiter, and Greenhouse.
  • Be the Point-of-Contact of our existing partner recruitment agencies and individual recruiters from other countries.
  • Review online portfolios and profiles to pre-screen potential candidates.
  • Manage the ITS Careers Ticketing board and assign or resolve hiring tickets as necessary.

Job Qualifications:

  • Any undergraduate degree.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable in an environment that requires a lot of interaction with people in and outside the US.
  • Resourceful, driven, and energetic.
  • With at least 1 year of related experience in Sourcing and/or Recruitment.
  • Preferably with experience in sourcing for US applicants.

Job Requirements:

  • A home office set up that meets the following:
    • A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac 
    • Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload) 
    • HD webcam/camera 
    • A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings 
    • A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app 
  • A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview) 
  • Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written 
  • Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
  • Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments. 
  • Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants) 

Compensation:

Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
