Qualifications

Degree from a top college or university
Proven experience in consistently profitable trading strategies in any market and asset class category
Demonstrable track record of success in previous roles
Prior experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or bank is preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
