Job Description 

Key Points:

  • Ensure that all projects will be partnering closely with the correct teams to drive vision/strategy/roadmap/alignment
  • Assist in managing projects within the tech team, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Responsibilities

  • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Own and execute the roadmap for different  projects  in Kronos Research
  • Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
  • Control & manage the entire execution of projects in the life cycle
  • Display leadership, organizational, and execution skills that lead to the creation of tools & products for a variety of strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs to accelerate Kronos' success

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operation, and program management toward business users
  • Ability to own and manage multiple projects and coordinate complex engineering schedules, spanning multiple teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Great analytical mindset and skills
  • Oral and writing skills in English and Mandarin

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fin-tech-related systems
