Key Points:

Ensure that all projects will be partnering closely with the correct teams to drive vision/strategy/roadmap/alignment
Assist in managing projects within the tech team, including coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones

Responsibilities

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
Own and execute the roadmap for different projects in Kronos Research
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
Control & manage the entire execution of projects in the life cycle
Display leadership, organizational, and execution skills that lead to the creation of tools & products for a variety of strategic business initiatives, stakeholder goals, and user needs to accelerate Kronos' success

Requirements

3+ years of experience in operation, and program management toward business users
Ability to own and manage multiple projects and coordinate complex engineering schedules, spanning multiple teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Great analytical mindset and skills
Oral and writing skills in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fin-tech-related systems
