Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the head of events to recommend and order specific alcohol inventory and coordinate with chefs and catering companies for events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery with suppliers.
  • Develop Maxwell's bar menu and refine cocktail packages.
  • Manage food for events, Friday and Saturday dinners, weekend cafes, and Sunday brunches.Manage tea and coffee services for weekend brunches.
  • Continuously elevate Maxwell Tribeca's beverage team through training to ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Learn and address members by name.Bartend as required.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills focused on creating positive guest experiences.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control principles to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
  • Previous experience in social club management or the hospitality industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000 base salary + $10,000 bonus
