Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Launched in April 2023, Maxwell boasts a membership of soon-to-be 700 individuals who enjoy unique amenities such as private alcohol lockers, self-service bars, and the opportunity to host dinner parties. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the head of events to recommend and order specific alcohol inventory and coordinate with chefs and catering companies for events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate delivery with suppliers.
- Develop Maxwell's bar menu and refine cocktail packages.
- Manage food for events, Friday and Saturday dinners, weekend cafes, and Sunday brunches.Manage tea and coffee services for weekend brunches.
- Continuously elevate Maxwell Tribeca's beverage team through training to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Learn and address members by name.Bartend as required.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills focused on creating positive guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles to minimize waste and optimize cost efficiency.
- Previous experience in social club management or the hospitality industry preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000 base salary + $10,000 bonus
