What Your Day Will Look Like:
Manage inbound leads generated by web and various marketing sources
Answer questions, negotiate terms and conduct follow-up activities to close sales
Deliver a first-class customer experience through effective needs analysis, concierge appointment or delivery service and ensuring thorough customer service follow-up
Self-generate and develop prospect local/national prospect list
Conduct cold calls to establish relationships and interest
Develop sales techniques to convert opportunities
Manage Customer Retention through CRM with nurture email campaigns that enable constant communication of program availability and pricing
Manage pipeline of existing prospects and clients
Represent Merchants at Association events, Client Events and/or Trade Shows
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features and understanding what upfit requirements may be needed
Become an expert in product knowledge of Merchants vehicles
The Skills & Experience You Bring:
Positive attitude with passion for selling
Prior Automotive Sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels and departments
General knowledge/use of a PC and CRM systems
Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
Ability to follow Merchants sales process
Ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills
Passion for achieving great results and always seeking improvement
Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record at time of hire.
Must continue to keep a satisfactory driving record, as determined by Merchants, and remain eligible to be insured by the company’s vehicle insurance carrier. Employee must cooperate in completing any required authorizations or paperwork for regular motor vehicle checks.
