About the position

Join the Mesh Payments TeamMesh Payments is paving the way for seamless corporate Travel & Expense management, and our journey is gaining momentum. We invite a Senior Product Manager to enrich our team with expertise and vision, particularly within our innovative Corporate Travel solutions space. You will be a driving force behind our next-generation product offerings, working collaboratively within our vibrant start-up culture.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop a shared vision for our Corporate Travel product line, aligning with cross-functional engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Gather and analyze inputs from diverse sources, including potential customers, current users, and internal team members, to understand, map out, and prioritize high-impact features.
  • Contribute to the growth of Mesh’s Corporate Travel offerings, directly impacting key KPIs: Growth and Engagement.
  • Facilitate the product planning and design phases, ensuring the translation of complex requirements into solid, scalable, and intuitive products.
  • Coordinate with the Product Design and Engineering teams to define detailed product workflows and negotiate trade-offs.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competition, championing our users and devising product strategies for sustained success.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience, delivering impactful SaaS products. Experience in Corporate Travel solutions is an advantage.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Takes pleasure in accountability and ownership over product outcomes.
  • Clear and practical communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
  • A passion for creating superb user experiences, with a meticulous eye for UX and design.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the confidence to justify internal and external product decisions.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fintech, B2B, or financial experience is a plus, especially within the Corporate Travel or expense management sectors.
  • An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
