The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a strong marketing leader to lead our marketing efforts for Moloco Japan across all of our products. You’ll contribute to our success through the development and implementation of marketing plans appropriate for the region and in tight collaboration with sales leadership.
What you’ll do:
- Utilize your regional market experience to shape Moloco Japan's marketing strategy to create impactful and relevant marketing programs.
- Act as a liaison between Moloco's marketing team and our sales and business development teams across all products in Japan to provide not only strategic support but also execute marketing programs and deliver content that align with business objectives.
- Independently oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing events and campaigns. This includes planning, logistics, execution and reporting in a global environment.
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of various marketing channels and initiatives through tracking, analysis, and sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop local content strategies tailored to the regional business and industry insights.
- Provide input for global content and product marketing strategies based on local business insights to ensure our global marketing strategies align with local needs.
- Create, develop, and promote local success stories.
- Support the globalization and localization of relevant global content.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and agencies to plan and execute local PR and B2B digital marketing strategies.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing and ad tech.
- Proven leadership in managing marketing efforts for Japan.
- Proficiency in running comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, events, digital marketing, email marketing, PR.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic global startup environment.
- Strong cross functional communication and collaboration skills across different stakeholders.
- Great communication skills both in writing and in-person; able to clearly communicate ideas, programs and outcomes in Japanese and English.
- Product marketing experience a plus.
