About the team
The Security Awareness team is part of the Infosec BU (Global Platforms) and is responsible for the information security awareness programs at Nubank. Its mission is to elevate the security maturity of Nubankers by promoting secure behavior through training, communications, phishing tests, events, and other initiatives.
About the role
- Development of audiovisual cybersecurity content (videos, podcasts, etc.), being responsible for all stages of the creation and production process, such as planning, briefing, scriptwriting, recording, and editing;
- Development of promotional materials such as banners and posts in various formats;
- Creation and application of key visuals for awareness campaigns;
- Support in the production of executive materials, such as presentations and announcements;
- Support in channel strategy;
- Monitoring and analysis of communication and engagement KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in communication and/or digital marketing;
- Experience in producing static and audiovisual content;
- Proficiency in using audio and video editing tools;
- Ability to develop creative concepts;
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders from different areas;
- Familiarity with communication and engagement KPIs;
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity/information security.
