Who You Are: As Nutrabolt’s European Shopper Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building & implementing the shopper / customer marketing strategy across the Europe for C4, Cellucor and Xtend product lines. Working closely with the sales and brand team to build, design and execute shopper programs that drive visibility and ROS in-store & online. You will lead and create the customer marketing tools to deliver world class brand executions liaising between key departments to deliver campaigns on time and in budget to support the growth plans with key customers.

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

Shopper marketing

  • Help develop yearly shopper marketing programs that leverage our brand campaigns and innovation launches, working in close partnership with cross functional teams to align with customer calendars and execute in key seasonal / category windows
  • Drive alignment between brand and sales to create activation calendars for each brand (C4 energy, Cellucor, Xtend) developing relevant shopper insights to help sell strategic plans with key customers
  • Responsible for analysing in-store performance & ROI of key activity and evolving execution to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Be the expert on both our products and customers in each region acting as the lynchpin between sales & marketing to ensure quick decision making, simplified execution and best in class implementation
  • Work with brand team to create POS, online digital assets, premia and consumer added value giveaways to build our brand credentials and help us differentiate from the competitor set
  • Manage all trade creative requests, designs & outputs for all sales & customer activations delivering consistent brand standards and clear regulatory approved product claims / benefits

Innovation launches

  • Initiate & champion world class innovation launches working closely with Product development, Brand, Sales, Supply chain and Regs & Compliance to manage each launch with clear deliverables, activations and Go live dates whilst being linked to customer category calendars
  • Create Go-To-Market plans for each Tier 1 & 2 innovation launch serving as the primary customer / sales lead developing tools & designs to support customer activation. Managing cross functional stakeholders to deliver on time to maximise launch windows in customer calendars (including - PD, R&D, Brand, Regulations / compliance, finance, EU SLT and commercial / sales)
  • Identify suitable shopper media channels to support launches and build brand awareness investment to reach yearly marketing KPIs

Creative & Trade Agencies

  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative teams and agency partners to manage the incoming briefs from sales team translating our brand strategy into consumer / customer facing assets
  • Work with commercial team and Trade PR agency to build full year trade advert plan to synergise with key channels / customers, brand campaigns and innovation launches

Sales

  • Work directly with key customers to secure, build and implement shopper marketing programs to support key brand activations and retailer seasonal campaigns to drive Nutrabolt brand presence at the point of purchase
  • Become indispensable to commercial teams to develop a compelling go-to-market strategy and sales story that translates across channels
  • Encourage organisational and customer engagement, alignment and excitement bringing to life the brand strategy in-store
  • Work with the sales team to plan, build and execute tailored customer activations leveraging category insights, a comprehensive set of sales tools and in-store POS to drive visibility of the brand reacting quickly to new opportunities and delivering on budget
  • Identify, brief and create world class premia tools that help differentiate the brands from competition and offer value to customers / consumers to drive product pull through in key channels. Planning quarterly to predict channel needs and continuously evolve tools

Budget management

  • Work with brand team to manage shopper marketing & customer budgets owning the monthly sales trackers adjusting spend as needed, and continuously ensuring alignment with sales team
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Drive ROS in-store and online helping to increase Gross sales across regions
    • Support in driving organic traffic and increase brand market share
    • Effectiveness of full go-to-market process and success

What You Contribute: 

  • 3+ years shopper marketing / customer marketing experience at a brand, creative agency or consultancy managing omni-channel campaigns at scale
  • Shopper marketing experience both online & in-store working with CPG companies and DTC / online platforms ideally with some nutrition and health & wellness knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in business, marketing or relevant field preferred
  • Project management skills to manage multiple high-profile and high-budget projects at once
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment where the ability to influence and build relationships is critical
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive personality and careful attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong internal/external relationships Experience translating rich consumer insights into actionable and compelling marketing tactics
  • Self-starter that can effectively manage time with little to no supervision
