About The Role:

Join us as a Sr. Web Developer focused on front-end development within our marketing department, where your mission is to create captivating, user-friendly web interfaces that elevate our digital presence. In this role, you'll transform marketing visions into functional, visually appealing web components, optimized for engagement and conversions. Your expertise will guide the development of responsive, mobile-friendly designs, employing the latest technologies and practices to ensure our website's performance. What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, and optimize front-end interfaces for our marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate their vision into functional web components that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Implement responsive design to ensure our marketing platforms are mobile-friendly and accessible across all devices.
  • Utilize the latest front-end technologies and practices to ensure our website is fast, secure, and scalable.
  • Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in front-end development, bringing innovative ideas to the marketing team.

What We Need:

  • 2-4+ years experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio in front-end development, particularly within marketing departments.
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
  • Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
