About The Role:
Join us as a Sr. Web Developer focused on front-end development within our marketing department, where your mission is to create captivating, user-friendly web interfaces that elevate our digital presence. Your expertise will guide the development of responsive, mobile-friendly designs, employing the latest technologies and practices to ensure our website's performance. What You’ll Do:
- Design, develop, and optimize front-end interfaces for our marketing campaigns, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate their vision into functional web components that drive user engagement and conversions.
- Implement responsive design to ensure our marketing platforms are mobile-friendly and accessible across all devices.
- Utilize the latest front-end technologies and practices to ensure our website is fast, secure, and scalable.
- Conduct A/B testing and utilize analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in front-end development, bringing innovative ideas to the marketing team.
What We Need:
- 2-4+ years experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio in front-end development, particularly within marketing departments.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Experience with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and other stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
