Policy Administration Intern

We are among the first batch of virtual insurers authorized by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority to provide insurance products purely through online channels. We pride ourselves on providing breakthrough innovations in products and services via our digital platform. We are currently offering Pet, Fire, Critical Illness and Home Insurance and expected to provide wider coverage to the general public in the coming year.

Want to join us and make a change? We are looking for a Policy Administration Intern who acts as the gatekeeper of our day-to-day policy administrative activities.

What you will be doing:

• Manage the day-to-day policy administrative activities
• Handle and follow up inquiries from internal and external customer and outsourcing teams regarding policy issuance, subscription payment status, and change of particulars
• Verify data from various daily and monthly reports to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure all tasks are done within the turnaround time and following the policy administration procedures
• Take minutes for the monthly department meeting
• Build and scale a new team that owns the customer experience and works to exceed their expectations
• Provide support to other teams, including claims, policy admin, account management, and product development

What we are looking for:

• Undergraduates or fresh gradates in any discipline
• Excellent communication in verbal and written form (Both English and Chinese)
• Excellent typing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese
• Highly self-motivated and organized
• Willingness and ability to operate in a team environment
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
