Responsibilities:
- You will train AI models in your domain of expertise by crafting and answering questions related to your field.
- You will evaluate and rank responses generated by AI systems.
- You will assess the factual accuracy and relevance of text produced by AI models in the context of your field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
- Strong knowledge of counseling methodologies, mental health, and psychological support techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in the English language.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for self-help, personal growth, and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
Nice to have:
- MFT or Ph.D in Psychology or related field.
- Professional writing experience as a copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.
- Knowledge in Health and Wellness subfields.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
Base pay is determined by multiple factors, including the area of expertise, years of experience, and skillset needed for the project. Pay rates vary during the project lifecycle. For example, rates for onboarding are lower.
