This bears the risk of pushing small laboratories out of business and reducing the overall offering in diagnostics, ultimately resulting in a reduced health care quality for patients.
At Platomics, we address this problem by creating products that tap into an existing ecosystem and make complying with a wide range of regulations fast and easy.

Your contributions will directly impact the lives of millions of individuals by ensuring that treatments and laboratory analyses especially for rare diseases can remain available.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us on this journey.
The Role
As an Executive Assistant at Platomics you will:
- Provide assistance to the CEO under the supervision of the Chief of Staff
- Manage special projects independently and ensuring their successful completion
- Coordinate cross-department topics in collaboration with the Management Core Team
- Manage schedules; arranging meetings and travel planning
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
Candidates for this position must be available for a full-time role (38.5 hours/week) and be based in Vienna. Although the company adopts a hybrid remote work policy, the nature of this role requires on-site attendance at least four days per week.
What you bring to the table
- Strong and resilient personality that can handle high-pressure situations and adapt to changing circumstances effectively
- 3+ years experience in a role that supports Executive Management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PPT & Excel), Atlassian Suite and other office management software
Nice-to-haves:
- Start-up or VC experience
- Healthcare, Science, MedTech experience
- Work / education experience in an international setting (exchanges, work abroad, etc.)
- University degree
- Experience with financial modelling
- Experience with organizational processes, OKRs, etc.
