Description:

We are seeking a highly proficient native Korean with exceptional writing skills to join our team as a Tasker Success Manager (TSM). In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the success of our new taskers on the platform. The ideal candidate should have completed an undergraduate program in a humanities field or a related writing discipline, or have enrolled or completed a graduate program in creative writing. Additionally, we value candidates who have previous professional writing experience, such as copywriting, journalism, technical writing, or editing.

As a TSM, you will be responsible for providing new taskers with a comprehensive onboarding experience. Your role will be akin to a "buddy," guiding them through the platform, explaining best practices for task completion, offering project-specific guidance, and addressing any questions or doubts they may have. Understanding the cultural context and sensitivities in Korea is essential, as you will be leading webinars to native Koreans, ensuring the training provided to taskers is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Training: You will serve as the primary point of contact for new taskers, offering them a warm welcome to the platform and guiding them through the onboarding process. This includes explaining the platform's functionalities, providing best practices for task completion, and addressing any inquiries they may have.

  2. Performance Monitoring and Feedback: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of taskers and providing constructive feedback to help them improve their task quality.

  3. Support and Communication: Available via email, chat, or video calls, you will be responsive to taskers' questions and provide ongoing support to ensure they excel in their tasks.

  4. Cultural Awareness: Given your native Korean background, you will bring valuable cultural context to the role, ensuring that the training and guidance offered to taskers align with the sensitivities and expectations of the Korean market.

This is a full-time commitment, requiring 40 hours per week. We value your expertise and believe that your background in writing, coupled with your native Korean proficiency, makes you an ideal candidate for excelling in this role. Exceptional performance in the TSM role will be recognized and rewarded with opportunities for promotion within the organization.

If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to the success of our platform, we encourage you to apply now! We offer a competitive rate of $20 per hour for this position.
