⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
Financial Management:
- Achieve financial targets by effectively managing profit and loss.
- Develop and execute strategic financial plans.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Validate, approve, and present project estimates/proposals to potential clients.
- Assist in customer presentations as needed.
- Resolve problems to align customer expectations with company delivery.
Organizational Management:
- Recruit and establish a sustainable organizational structure.
- Ensure successful delivery execution.
- Motivate, retain talent, and facilitate employee growth.
Project Management:
- Own the release delivery process across multiple teams.
- Lead teams to high-quality project delivery.
- Develop and execute delivery plans within time and budget constraints.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle.
Program Management:
- Initiate and lead various projects and programs with global engineering teams.
People Management:
- Lead and manage teams through effective leadership, staffing, and project rotations.
- Optimize resource allocation based on project needs and bench KPIs.
- Manage resources from partner companies.
Release Management and Process Improvement:
- Implement release management and improve delivery, design, development, and quality processes.
- Drive process improvements throughout the company.
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 7+ years of experience in IT in Management roles 3 of them as a Delivery.
- 5+ projects were successfully delivered in time and budget, with GPM ~ 40% in the past year as a manager.
- Advanced English.
Project Management:
- Proven experience in overseeing multiple projects as a Project Manager, Delivery.
- Demonstrated initiatives in release management to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Team Management:
- Successful track record in hiring and building effective teams.
- Experience in managing 30+ members.
- Skilled in fostering strong relationships within teams.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are essential for leading cross-functional teams and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
Technology and Product Management:
- Strong understanding of technology and product landscapes, capable of guiding engineering teams on technical decisions.
Risk Management and Problem-Solving:
- Demonstrated skills in risk management and effective problem-solving.
- Ability to provide specific examples of mitigated risks from previous projects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Proven success in managing client relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Crisis Management:
- Familiarity with Crisis Management strategies and frameworks.
- Capable of effectively communicating the necessity of crisis management to teams.
Professional Development and Education Management:
- Examples of promoting team development through self-education and adopting new work practices.
General Management:
- Experience in coordinating with other departments to achieve overall company success.
Program Management:
- Experience in managing a portfolio of projects, indicating potential for broader program or portfolio management responsibilities.
