Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Familiarize yourself with existing project documentation, codebase, and communication history.
- Conduct a root cause analysis to identify reasons for delays, bugs, and missed features.
- Re-evaluate project scope and prioritize critical features for completion within a realistic timeframe.
- Negotiate a revised project scope and timeline with the client, focusing on achieving stability and core functionality.
- Develop a detailed recovery plan outlining clear deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage communication with the client, setting clear expectations and keeping them informed of progress and challenges.
- Proactively address client concerns and manage their expectations.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, designers, and the client.
- Motivate and inspire a team that may have experienced setbacks and potential burnout.
- Foster a culture of accountability and problem-solving within the team.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks that could further derail the project.
- Create a phased closure plan if completing the project is deemed unfeasible.
- Manage client expectations during closure by providing clear handover procedures and documentation.
- Handle projects within budget/scope/time/quality constraints.
- Provide client and internal reporting for main project KPIs.
- Assist in resourcing decisions (who can be taken to work on the project, etc.).
- Efficiently manage your workload.
- Assist in critical support issues where your experience is required.
- Share knowledge, insights, best practices and ideas.
- Contribute regularly to discussions regarding internal process and system improvements in order to ensure maximum efficiency across the company.

Our requirements to you:
- 8+ months of commercial experience for the position Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing company;
- Advanced English level;
Good theoretical and practical knowledge:
- Proven experience with project management methodologies, preferably Agile, for managing projects and adapting to changing priorities.
- Understanding of web development best practices, quality assurance processes, and bug-fixing methodologies.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to manage client expectations, address concerns and facilitate communication between all parties.
- Skill to say "No" to clients is must have
- Ability to motivate and lead a team that may be facing challenges
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess the current state of the project, identify root causes of issues, and develop solutions.
- Ability to identify and mitigate potential risks that could further derail the project.
- Experience in project crisis management, salvage or turnaround situations.
