Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing web projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
What You’ll Do
- Agile :
- Strong understanding of Agile principles
- Ability to lead and facilitate Agile events (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Experience in adapting Agile processes to Speechify's changing environment
- Project Management:
- Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and task tracking
- Skill in managing cross-functional dependencies and coordinating team efforts
- Experience in maintaining accurate project documentation and weekly status reporting
- Technical :
- Familiarity with web development and engineering workflows. Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into actionable plans
- Participation in technical discussions with engineers to estimate work accurately
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and can create a collaborative work environment
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, updates and conflict resolution
An Ideal Candidate Should Have
- Proven 2 years plus of experience managing web projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
- Tech Stack: JS, ReactJS, Typescript
